• Every member must keep his/her original CNIC.
  • I have not brought any sort of drugs such as weed, narcotics etc or any other related item. If found any in my custody, DNP has the authority to cancel my registration at the very moment. Also, if Police or other law enforcement agencies find any sort of illegal stuff in my possession, I, myself, will be responsible and DNP will not be questionable on my behalf. Also, DNP will not refund money for that matter.
  • I will not physically or verbally harm any other fellow traveler during the whole trip. In fact, I’ll inform about any unusual activity to the official DNP members or my bus coordinator.
  • I will not humiliate/harass any fellow traveler throughout the whole tour. If I do so, DNP can take any action to control the situation.
  • I have not brought any sort of illegal guns/arms along. If found any, during inspection by the police personnel, I, myself and not the team DNP will be responsible for the whole matter.
  • Team DNP will not be responsible if any delay is caused in reaching the destination due to any sort of road (jam, land sliding) issue.
  • I have acknowledged the weather conditions of the resort & would make no complaint about the conditions being hostile.
  • Team DNP is not to be held responsible for any unfavorable event of robbery, accident etc.
  • DNP are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of valuable items such as baggage, money, jewelry, documents, or electronic devices carried in luggage.
  • I will not mock or misbehave with the team for any unlikable event. I’ll just humbly take the issue to the organizing team.
  • DNP reserves the right to cancel the trip any time before/during the trip. In case of cancellation, DNP must refund 100% amount (when the trip is cancelled before the departure date) or all the money except costs-without taking any profit- of the trip (when cancellation happens during the trip)
  • I will pay for any extra expenses during the trip such as hiring of secondary transport (Jeeps, taxi), extra food items, extra hotel charges in case of getting stuck due to any general reason.
  • I understand that the adventure/outdoor activities carry a potential risk of personal injury.
